A minimum of 200 dinners must be ordered for onsite cooking. Orders with less than 200 can be accommodated, but will have the food dropped off instead and will be charged an additional delivery fee.
A safe burnable piece of ground must be provided for us to cook on. Serve time is limited to 3 hours, but can be adjusted for larger events. You must provide people to assemble the dinners on your own.
The final payment is due on the date of the event. Orders must be confirmed the Tuesday before your event. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, but the catering department is available to confirm your event from 10am to 2pm.
